Birthday limo in Dubai: anniversaries, graduations and special occasions

Most occasion bookings in Dubai follow the same shape: a pickup at home or a hotel, one to four stops, a photo or two, and a drop-off after midnight or in time for a flight. Tell us the shape and we plan the hours around it.

Which occasions do we cover?

• Birthdays: a dinner in Downtown Dubai or Dubai Marina, a rooftop in DIFC, a night out that ends at a beach club on Palm Jumeirah.
• Anniversaries and proposals: a quiet car to a restaurant, with the chauffeur holding the door and keeping the route private.
• Graduations: family transport to a ceremony, then lunch for the whole party. A van or a large SUV keeps everyone in one vehicle.
• Proms and school-leaver nights: drop-off and pick-up at a venue at agreed times. Tell us who is travelling and who is meeting them.
• Hen and bachelorette nights: a group car with a fixed route between venues and a named return address for each guest.
• Family celebrations: Eid lunches, reunions and visiting relatives arriving for a party.

How does an occasion booking work?

1. Send the occasion, the date and the number of guests on WhatsApp.
2. Add the pickup address, every stop in order, and the hours you want.
3. A person at Assure confirms which car is free and replies with one quote.
4. Your chauffeur messages you on the day with the plate number and a pickup time.

There is no price on this page because the quote depends on the car, the hours and the route. If the stops are flexible, say so, and we suggest a plan that fits.

What are the rules on the day?

Decorations, drinks and music differ by car. Our own chauffeur cars and the partner limousines do not share one policy, so we confirm the rules for your vehicle in writing when you book. Ask about each of these:

• Balloons, ribbons and flowers inside the cabin.
• Playing your own playlist through the car’s system.
• Drinks in the cabin and any age or licensing question that comes with them.
• Photo stops, and where the car can pull over safely.

Your chauffeur has the final say on safety. If a request cannot be met, we tell you before the day, not at the kerb.

Can you plan a route with several stops?

Yes. A typical birthday evening might run from a Jumeirah villa to a restaurant in DIFC, then a lounge on Palm Jumeirah and home to Dubai Hills. The chauffeur waits at each stop for the time you booked. For a longer day, a car with driver by the hour gives you the same car for the whole plan.

Guests flying in for the party can be met in arrivals through our airport transfers, then join the same car for the evening.
