Dubai tour package from India
An Assure Dubai tour package from India covers the Dubai side of the trip: airport pickup at DXB, a private chauffeur, chosen tours, hotel help and the return transfer, built to your dates. Assure does not sell flights, so you book those separately. Send your arrival flight, party size and hotel area on WhatsApp for a day-by-day plan.

What Assure runs, and what you book yourself
Assure is the ground operator. We meet you at the airport, drive you for the days you choose, book the tours and bring you back for the flight home. We do not sell flights, so book Mumbai, Delhi or any other departure with an airline or your travel agent, then send us the details.
Visa: we give guidance on request only and do not promise visa issue. Rules for Indian passport holders vary by documents held and change over time, so confirm them on the official UAE entry-permit page before booking. Our visa pages are guidance, not an application service.
Indian travellers can also read the Dubai trip plan from India, UAE visas explained.
Your arrival at DXB from Mumbai or Delhi
Direct flights from India usually land at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, depending on the airline, and your confirmation shows which. Your chauffeur waits in that terminal’s arrivals hall with your name on a board. Details are on the DXB airport transfer page.
A late-night landing changes nothing about the pickup. The driver follows the live flight, not the timetable, and messages you on WhatsApp with the meeting point. Most hotel areas such as Downtown, Marina and Deira are 15 to 45 minutes from DXB at night.
Sample 4, 5 and 6 night outlines
These are outlines, not priced products. Each is rebuilt around your dates.
4 nights
- Night 1: DXB pickup, hotel check-in, rest.
- Day 2: Dubai city tour by car, about 8 hours for a full day.
- Day 3: Free morning, then an evening desert safari.
- Day 4: Shopping or a theme park, with the car on call.
- Day 5: Hotel to DXB for the return flight.
5 nights
Everything above, plus a full day on the Abu Dhabi city tour: the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan and the Corniche, about 139 km each way from central Dubai.
6 nights
The 5 night plan with a spare day for a dhow dinner cruise on Dubai Marina, a Yas Island park day, or a rest day for older travellers. The Dubai itinerary guide shows how days fit together.
Families and honeymoons
For couples, we pair the evening desert safari with a private car so timings follow you. For families with grandparents or several children, we plan a van with more seats and fewer early starts. See the family package page for that structure. Mention vegetarian or Jain meal needs when you enquire and we confirm them with the tour operator before you pay. Hindi-speaking drivers are not confirmed for every booking, so ask and we will tell you.
How to enquire
Send these on WhatsApp at +971 56 684 8148:
- Arrival date and flight number.
- Number of travellers and ages of children.
- Hotel area, or tell us if you need hotel suggestions.
- Tours you want and any days you want free.
A person replies with a day-by-day plan. No price is shown on this page, because it depends on the dates, the party and the tours. See the main tour packages page for other structures, or talk to us through contact.

What sets the price
Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
- Number of nights and the days with a chauffeur
- Party size and the vehicle it needs
- Which tours and tickets you add
- Night arrivals and departures
- Whether Abu Dhabi is included
Questions and answers
Is a visa included in Dubai packages from India?
Assure does not issue visas, and nothing on this page promises one. The ground package covers pickup, chauffeur, tours and the return transfer. Entry rules for Indian passport holders depend on your documents and change, so check the official UAE entry-permit page or ask your airline before you book flights. We can point you to the right place on request.
How many days are best for a first Dubai trip?
Four to six nights suit most first visits. That gives one day for the city, one evening in the desert, a full day in Abu Dhabi and time to rest or shop. Three nights works if you skip Abu Dhabi. Seven nights adds the east coast or Musandam without rushing.
Can you pick me up at the airport?
Yes. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall at DXB with your name on a board, after passport control and baggage claim. Give us your flight number and the driver follows the real landing time, so a delayed or late-night arrival is covered. Pickups at Zayed International in Abu Dhabi can be arranged too.
Does Assure sell flights from Mumbai or Delhi?
No. Assure does not sell flights. You book Mumbai or Delhi to Dubai with an airline or travel agent, then send us the flight number and arrival time. We take over at the airport and run everything on the ground until your drop-off for the return flight.
Can I add Abu Dhabi to the package?
Yes. Abu Dhabi is about 139 km from Dubai, around 1 h 30 each way. Most guests take it as a full day with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Louvre Abu Dhabi, or stay a night. Tell us on WhatsApp and the plan is adjusted around your hotel.
Can a package be changed after I send my dates?
Yes. A person replies on WhatsApp with a first plan. You can swap tours, move days or change the hotel area, and nothing is fixed until you confirm. If your flight time changes, send the new number and we re-time the pickup.
