Dinner at Emirates Palace, then home in the same car

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental sits at the western end of the Corniche. From Dubai Marina it is about 126 km by road, roughly 1 hour 20 minutes without traffic. The chauffeur waits through dinner, so nobody in your party drives back on the E11 late at night.

A two-stop evening works well from there. Louvre Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat is about 14 km from Emirates Palace, and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque about 19 km.

Concerts, comedy and fight nights at Etihad Arena

Etihad Arena stands on the Yas Bay waterfront on Yas Island and holds 18,000 guests. Its listings run from concerts and comedy to UFC fight nights. From Dubai Marina the arena is about 96 km, roughly 1 hour without traffic.

The arena names its car parks on its directions page:

• P1-A and P1-B: for Suite, Royal, VIP and Platinum guests.
• Lifestyle car park and multi-storey car park: public parking.
• C37: public parking and the taxi pickup point.

Weddings in the capital

A wedding usually needs two kinds of car: one for the couple and others for family and guests. The Rolls-Royce Phantom suits the bride, because its rear-hinged doors open behind her as she steps out. It is available through our partner network, subject to availability. Escalades and V-Class vans move the family between the house, the venue and the hotel.

Formula 1 weekend on Yas Island

Formula 1 lists the 2026 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as Round 23, the last of the season, from 4 to 6 December at Yas Marina Circuit. A race day can end with dinner on the Corniche: Emirates Palace is about 38 km from the circuit, roughly 32 minutes on a clear road.

Hours, minimum hire and what the price covers

Every limousine booking is quoted by the hour, for the whole car. Your quote states when the hours start and end.

• Minimum hire. A partner may set a minimum number of hours for its Rolls-Royce, Bentley or Maybach. If it does, the minimum for your car is written into the quote.
• The drive counts. A 3-hour show at Etihad Arena, plus about 1 hour each way from Dubai Marina, is roughly 5 hours of car time before traffic.
• Tolls. Since 4 May 2026, the Darb gate at Ghantoot on Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Street charges every crossing, 24 hours a day. Dubai trips also pass Salik gates. Both appear in your quote.

Who licenses the car: Dubai starts and Abu Dhabi starts

Assure is RTA licensed in Dubai. Abu Dhabi licenses its own limousines: Abu Dhabi Mobility publishes separate lists of approved limousine vehicles and limousine operators. So the emirate where your evening starts decides who drives it.
