What the Assure fleet and partner network labels mean

Every vehicle card carries one of two labels. Assure fleet means Assure owns and runs the car. Partner network, subject to availability means a partner company supplies it, so it is checked for your date before you confirm.

The 10 Assure fleet models:

  • Sedans: Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series and Lexus ES 300h.
  • SUVs: GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade.
  • Vans: Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Kia Carnival, Citroen SpaceTourer and Hyundai Staria.
  • Minibus: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, in a 13-seat and a 19-seat layout.

Everything else on the class pages is partner network, including every Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Toyota Coaster and coach.

Pick a vehicle by passengers and bags

Count your passengers and your large checked suitcases, then read across. Bag figures are estimates from each maker’s boot volume with every seat in use, not measured loads. Mention golf bags, prams or extra cabin bags when you ask for a quote.

Business sedans

The Lexus ES 300h, a 2.5 L petrol-electric hybrid, is the Assure fleet car in this class. Partners add the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, Genesis G80 and Tesla Model S. Each takes 3 passengers and 2 large suitcases. Boots and drivetrains are compared on the business sedans page.

First class sedans

Assure owns both the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the BMW 7 Series. The Audi A8 L, Lexus LS and Genesis G90 come through partners. The reason to step up from a business sedan is rear room: the S-Class here is the long-wheelbase body. The rear-seat options of all five are set side by side on the first class sedans page.

Ultra-luxury and exotic cars

All seven models in this class are partner cars: the Rolls-Royce Ghost, Phantom and Cullinan, the Bentley Flying Spur and Mulsanne, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class and the Lamborghini Urus. They are booked with a chauffeur, never as self-drive. Boot sizes, door layouts and seating for each are on the Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach page.

Luxury SUVs

The GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade are Assure fleet, each with three rows and 722 L of space behind the third row. Partners supply the Chevrolet Suburban, Mercedes-Benz GLS, BMW X7, Range Rover, Lexus LX 600, Nissan Patrol, Mercedes-Benz G-Class and Porsche Cayenne. Three-row models seat up to 6 passengers on the luxury SUVs page.

Vans

Four of the six vans are Assure fleet: the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Kia Carnival, Citroen SpaceTourer and Hyundai Staria, all with sliding side doors. The Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer and the older Viano come from partners. Seat layouts and luggage space for each are on the vans page.

Minibuses

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is Assure fleet in 13-seat and 19-seat layouts. Partners add the Toyota HiAce Commuter for 12 passengers, the Ford Transit Bus for 14 and the Toyota Coaster for 22. The Coaster has no separate luggage hold, so a group arriving with suitcases needs a second vehicle for the bags. The full list is on the minibuses page.

Coaches and buses

The 35-seat and 50-seat coaches come only through partners, and the make and model vary by partner. The 50-seat coach has an underfloor luggage hold. For the 35-seat coach, the hold is confirmed with the partner for each booking. Both are on the coaches and buses page.

Stretch limousines

Stretch cars are aftermarket conversions of the Chrysler 300, Cadillac Escalade, Hummer H2 and Lincoln Town Car, with side-facing seats for 8 to 12. Every one comes from a partner, and the seat count depends on the conversion, so it is confirmed car by car. Three of the four base models are no longer built: the Hummer H2 ended in 2009, the Lincoln Town Car in 2011 and the Chrysler 300 in 2023. See the stretch limousines page.

About the vehicle photos

The class pages show manufacturer studio images of each model, marked as representative images. They show the model, not the actual car, its colour or its options. Colour, trim and equipment differ from car to car, so ask if a detail matters to you.

How a quote works

There are no prices on the fleet pages. A quote depends on the route, the hours, the vehicle class and the date. Send your pickup, drop-off, date, passengers and bags on WhatsApp or with the form on this page, and the quote comes back on WhatsApp, day or night. Assure is RTA licensed and has been in business in Dubai for 10+ years.

Questions and answers

Which vehicles does Assure own?

Assure owns 10 models. The sedans are the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series and Lexus ES 300h, and the SUVs are the GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade. The vans are the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Kia Carnival, Citroen SpaceTourer and Hyundai Staria. The minibus is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, in 13-seat and 19-seat layouts. Every other model comes through the partner network, subject to availability.

How many suitcases fit in a chauffeur sedan?

Plan on 2 large checked suitcases and 1 or 2 cabin bags with 3 passengers in the rear. That holds for both sedan classes, from the Lexus ES 300h to the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. With a third large case, move up to a luxury SUV such as the Range Rover or Lexus LX 600, or to a van such as the Kia Carnival.

Can I book a specific model?

Yes. Name the model when you ask for a quote. If it is one of the 10 Assure fleet models, it only has to be free on your date. A partner model is checked with the partner first. If the model you want is taken, you can pick another car in the same class with the same seat and bag counts.

Do all vehicles come with a driver?

Yes. Every car, van, minibus and coach on these pages is booked with a chauffeur, including the Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Lamborghini models. None is offered for self-drive, so nobody in your group needs a UAE driving licence. At the airport, the chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a board and helps with your luggage.

Is there a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?

None of the vans and minibuses listed on these pages has a wheelchair ramp, and that includes the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Kia Carnival and Toyota HiAce. If you need a ramp or a lift, ask on WhatsApp before you book so it can be checked with partners. For coaches, wheelchair access is confirmed with the partner for each booking.

What is the largest vehicle available?

The 50-seat coach, supplied through partners, with an underfloor hold for an estimated 35 large suitcases. For 20 to 22 people the Toyota Coaster is the smaller option, but it has no separate luggage hold, so suitcases need their own vehicle. Groups above 50 travel in more than one coach, planned around pickup points and luggage.

Are the vehicle photos of the actual cars?

No. The class pages use manufacturer studio images, credited on each card as representative images. They show the right model, but colour, wheels and trim can differ on the car you get. If colour or trim matters, for wedding photos for example, say so when you ask for a quote and it is checked against the car for your date.
