The Kia Carnival is an Assure fleet people mover booked with a chauffeur in Dubai, not for self-drive. It seats 6 passengers with 3 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags. It suits family airport pickups, hotel-to-meeting runs and day tours where the group carries 3 checked cases or fewer.
Assure fleet. Owned and run by Assure, with an Assure chauffeur.

Assure lists the Carnival for 6 passengers, although Kia builds 7-seat and 8-seat versions. With every passenger seat in use, the rear takes 3 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags. That covers a family of 5 with 3 checked cases, or a work team with carry-on bags.
It does not suit 6 adults with a large suitcase each. For that load, book a bigger van or a second car.
Kia’s UAE spec sheet gives 1,029 mm of legroom in the second row and 903 mm in the third. The body is 5,155 mm long on a 3,060 mm wheelbase. Seat the tallest passengers in the second row on longer drives.
These come from Kia Middle East’s Carnival pages. Some items belong to higher grades only, so ask which grade is free on your date.
The Hyundai Staria takes the same 6 passengers but only 2 large suitcases. It trades boot space for relaxation seats with legrests on its Premium version. For 6 passengers with 4 large cases, the Mercedes-Benz V-Class is the better fit.
Our guide to the Carnival, Staria and SpaceTourer side by side compares all three people movers in more detail.

Yes, and only with a driver. The Carnival is in the Assure fleet and every booking includes a chauffeur, whether it is a single airport transfer or a full day by the hour. Assure does not rent cars for self-drive, so nobody in your group needs a UAE licence or has to deal with parking.
With 6 passengers aboard, plan on 3 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags. Kia builds 7-seat and 8-seat versions, but Assure lists the Carnival for 6 so the bags still fit. A group with a fourth large case should book the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which takes 4, or add a second car.
Kia's UAE specification sheet gives 903 mm of legroom in the third row against 1,029 mm in the second, and 955 mm of headroom against 1,003 mm. Adults fit for city transfers. On a long drive to Abu Dhabi or Hatta, seat the tallest passengers in the second row.
On luggage they are level: Assure lists both for 6 passengers, 3 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags. The Carnival's sliding doors open without swinging into the kerb, which helps in tight hotel drop-off lanes and with getting to the third row. Choose the Yukon if the group wants an SUV at the door.
Kia Middle East lists a dual sunroof on its upper grades, and Relaxion reclining seats only on the 7-seat premium version. Equipment changes by grade, so not every Carnival has both. Ask on WhatsApp which version is free for your date before you book if either one matters.
