This page is for the people who book business cars: executive assistants, office managers, travel desks and visiting executives. If you want a car for sightseeing or a family day, see car with driver instead. Here the car works for a business schedule.
A full-day chauffeur is one car and one chauffeur assigned to your executive for the working day. The car waits between meetings, moves through several stops and meets the flight at either end. You send one schedule, and you deal with one person on the day.
A normal day is 8 hours. UAE private-sector rules allow up to 2 hours of overtime in a day. A worker is owed a break of at least 60 minutes after 5 consecutive hours (UAE Government portal, checked 25 October 2026). Plan a full day as 8 to 10 hours.
If your day will run past about 10 hours, for example a 7:00 am breakfast meeting and a 9:00 pm dinner, book a second chauffeur for the later part. Tell us when you book, so the handover point suits your schedule. Ask for the arrangement in the proposal if it will repeat.
This day suits a banker or adviser with meetings across three business districts. Drive times are from OSRM routing on OpenStreetMap, without traffic, checked on 25 October 2026. Weekday peak traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road adds time.
| Leg | Road distance | Without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| DXB Terminal 3 to DIFC | about 12 km | about 12 minutes |
| DIFC to Business Bay | about 6 km | about 8 minutes |
| Business Bay to Dubai Internet City | about 19 km | about 19 minutes |
| Dubai Internet City to DXB Terminal 3 | about 30 km | about 25 minutes |
Total driving is about 65 minutes. The rest of the day is standby, so most of the booked hours are waiting, not driving.

Can you do Dubai and Abu Dhabi meetings in one day? Yes, with a start before 7:00 am. ADGM sits on Al Maryah Island, where its offices and ADGM Courts (in Al Maqam Tower) are listed on the official ADGM contact page. The Abu Dhabi Corniche is a short drive away.
| Leg | Road distance | Without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| DIFC to ADGM, Al Maryah Island | about 141 km | about 1 hour 30 minutes |
| ADGM to Abu Dhabi Corniche | about 8 km | about 10 minutes |
| ADGM to Zayed International (AUH) | about 33 km | about 28 minutes |
| Abu Dhabi Corniche to Zayed International (AUH) | about 39 km | about 31 minutes |
| Abu Dhabi Corniche back to DIFC | about 146 km | about 1 hour 34 minutes |
That is about 3 hours in the car for the Dubai round trip, plus local runs. A first-class sedan suits this day, because your executive works on the road. If the traveller flies out of Abu Dhabi, finish the day at Zayed International and skip the return leg. Read the longer planning notes in DIFC to ADGM meeting day by car.
Route details for the intercity part are on our Dubai to Abu Dhabi page, and the city itself is covered on the Abu Dhabi chauffeur page.
Ras Al Khaimah suits a visit to a free-zone company or an investment site. The RAKEZ headquarters are in Al Nakheel, per the official RAKEZ contact page. Al Marjan Island is a separate stop on the coast.
| Leg | Road distance | Without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| DIFC to RAKEZ headquarters, Al Nakheel | about 110 km | about 1 hour 21 minutes |
| RAKEZ headquarters to Al Marjan Island | about 34 km | about 31 minutes |
| Al Marjan Island back to DIFC | about 98 km | about 1 hour 14 minutes |
| RAKEZ headquarters to Ras Al Khaimah International (RKT) | about 23 km | about 20 minutes |
| Al Marjan Island to Ras Al Khaimah International (RKT) | about 43 km | about 38 minutes |
The round trip is about 3 hours of driving. For a day that includes site visits, ask the chauffeur to plan fuel and a break at the RAKEZ stop. More on the emirate is on the Ras Al Khaimah chauffeur page, and a worked itinerary is in the business day in Ras Al Khaimah from Dubai guide.
Choose the car by the traveller’s grade and the number of people. The cars below are in the Assure fleet. See every category on our first-class sedans and business sedans pages.

The cabin is quiet, and your chauffeur keeps your calls and documents private. Confidentiality terms are agreed in the contract. Cars from the Assure fleet carry in-car Wi-Fi, so your executive can take calls and send files between meetings. On a partner car, ask when you book and we confirm what it carries.
Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are available through our partner network, subject to availability. We tell you which one you have before the day.
For a single day, send us these details on WhatsApp or through the form on this page:
We reply with the car, the chauffeur and a quote. If your team books every week, move to a contract. The company signs once, named bookers send trips on WhatsApp or phone, and you receive one monthly invoice. See corporate chauffeur contracts for dedicated cars and terms, and the corporate accounts hub for the full list of services.
Firms book it for the visiting partner, the roadshow, the board trip and the client lunch. Sector pages show how the day runs for law firms, banks and financial services and investment firms. For the standard of cars and service, see our VIP and executive chauffeur page. If you are comparing hourly and transfer pricing, hourly vs transfer chauffeur explains the difference, and business trip ground transport in Dubai covers planning for a visiting team.

Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
Tell us the company, the monthly volume and the services you need. The team replies with a quotation on WhatsApp.
The price depends on the car class, the hours, the cities and whether an airport run is included. Assure quotes each business day on WhatsApp once it has your date, first pickup, finish time and traveller grade. For regular use, a contract fixes the basis in writing, so your finance team sees one quote method.
Plan the day around 8 hours, which is the normal UAE private-sector working day, with up to 2 hours of overtime on top. A chauffeur is also owed a break of at least 60 minutes after 5 hours in a row. Days longer than about 10 hours should have a second chauffeur, agreed in advance.
Yes. Waiting is the point of a full-day car. The chauffeur parks near the venue, stays on call and has the car ready when the meeting ends. Send the schedule the day before, including any gap longer than an hour, so that the break falls at a sensible point.
Yes. A day that starts in Dubai runs to ADGM on Al Maryah Island or the Abu Dhabi Corniche and back, about 141 km each way. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are subject to availability.
Usually, yes, within the working-hours limits. Ask for the same chauffeur when you book, and we assign one to the whole trip where the rota allows. On a contract, a named chauffeur can be set as the standard. A second chauffeur covers days off and very long days.
Yes. Add the flight number and departure time to the booking. The chauffeur plans the last meeting to end with time for the drive, for example about 12 minutes from DIFC to Dubai International Terminal 3 without traffic. Allow extra time on weekday evenings, when Sheikh Zayed Road is busier.
