Assure provides chauffeur-driven cars for banks, private banks, asset managers, insurers and fintechs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Typical jobs are DIFC and ADGM meeting days, regulator visits, client pickups and visiting head-office executives. The company signs one contract, named bookers send trips on WhatsApp, and one monthly invoice follows.

This page is for the people who arrange cars at banks, private banks, asset managers, insurers, brokers, fintechs and advisory firms: executive assistants, office managers, travel desks and procurement. The firm signs once. Your named bookers then send trips, and the Assure desk answers 24/7 on WhatsApp and phone.
Finance days have a pattern: tight meeting slots, a regulator in another emirate and clients who expect a calm arrival. A chauffeur takes the parking, the tolls and the route off the diary. These are the jobs that come up most.
The meeting map is short, and every point has an exact name. We list the official addresses so your bookers can send the right drop-off.
DIFC to ADGM is about 141 km and about 90 minutes without traffic. The other legs are short. Times below are free-flow; ask the desk for a peak-hour allowance.
| From DIFC to | Distance | Time without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island | about 141 km | about 90 minutes |
| Central Bank of the UAE, Al Bateen | about 145 km | about 94 minutes |
| Emirates Hills | about 24 km | about 23 minutes |
| Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3 | about 14 km | about 15 minutes |
| Dubai Financial Market, Sheikh Zayed Road | about 4 km | about 6 minutes |
Figures come from OSRM routing on OpenStreetMap data, checked 2026-10-25. Real times depend on the hour. A two-regulator day, DFSA in the morning and the FSRA in the afternoon, is a full-day booking; the DIFC to ADGM meeting-day guide plans it hour by hour.
Procurement and compliance teams ask the same questions each time. Send your vendor form with the request for proposal, and the answers come back in writing.
Assure makes no claim here about permits held. If your vendor policy needs a particular permit, ask for it in the proposal and it is answered in writing. The contract checklist lists the clauses worth reading first.
The model is the one in our corporate accounts page, set up for a finance firm.
For repeat days, a full-day chauffeur keeps one car and driver with the executive from morning to evening. Longer arrangements are covered under chauffeur contracts. Investment houses with the same DIFC and ADGM pattern can also read the investment firms page, and counsel working with your teams use law firm transport.
A chauffeur sees who your people meet, so the rules are stated plainly. On request, the name board shows the traveller’s name only, with no company name. Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, destinations or overheard calls. Whether chauffeurs sign confidentiality terms is agreed in the contract; ask for it in the proposal.
Assure carries people, not cash or valuables. It is not a security or cash-in-transit service, and the chauffeur does not escort or guard anything.
| Traveller | Car | Seats |

These cars are in the Assure fleet. See the first class sedans and business sedans, and the VIP and executive chauffeur standards.
Insurers and brokers have a different rhythm from banks. The day follows the claim, the broker or the visiting underwriter, not the trading floor.
Send the list of stops in advance so the day is planned as a single route.
Yes. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are available through our partner network, subject to availability.
A day that starts in Dubai and runs to ADGM or the Central Bank is a normal intercity booking; see Dubai to Abu Dhabi transfers and the Abu Dhabi chauffeur service. For a day in the northern emirate, see the Ras Al Khaimah chauffeur service and the Ras Al Khaimah business-day guide.
Use the form on this page, or write to the desk via contact. Include your firm type, trips per month, the offices involved and any vendor form. The proposal reply states cars, terms and documents in writing.

Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
Tell us the company, the monthly volume and the services you need. The team replies with a quotation on WhatsApp.
Yes. The bank signs one contract, names the people who may book, and every trip in the month lands on one invoice. Each line can carry a cost centre or purchase order given at booking. Rates, notice periods and invoice format are agreed in the proposal, so procurement can review them before the first trip.
Yes. A relationship manager can be driven to a client's home in Emirates Hills, on Palm Jumeirah or elsewhere, wait during the meeting and return to the office or a second client. Send the addresses and the timings the evening before. The chauffeur does not discuss the visit, the client or the route with anyone.
DIFC to ADGM on Al Maryah Island is about 141 km and about 90 minutes without traffic, so allow nearer two hours in the morning peak. Plan it as a half-day move with a fixed return time. Our guide to DIFC to ADGM by car on a meeting day sets out the timing.
Send your vendor registration form with the request for proposal. The documents it asks for, such as the trade licence, VAT TRN and insurance certificates, come back with the proposal where Assure holds them. Anything we cannot supply is stated in writing, so your team does not have to guess. Passenger lists are shared only with the assigned chauffeur.
No. Assure carries people, not cash, documents of value or other valuables. It is not a security or cash-in-transit service. For those, a bank uses a specialist provider. Our chauffeurs drive executives and clients to meetings, airports and homes, and they do not escort or guard anything.
Yes. A car and chauffeur can take a loss adjuster or claims handler between a site, a workshop and the office on one day, with waiting time included. Visiting underwriters and broker meetings work the same way. Send the stops and the timings in advance so the day is planned as one route.
Where the rota allows, yes. Tell us in the proposal request which executives prefer a fixed chauffeur. A named chauffeur learns the DIFC and ADGM drop-off points, the building entrances and the way each executive likes the day run. Cover for leave or sickness is agreed in the contract.
