This page is for airline ground operations teams, handlers and FBOs, private jet operators, meet and greet companies and crew accommodation providers. It covers foreign and charter carriers, and the aviation companies that serve them. Your team books once and the transport runs under one agreement.
Yes. A crew run is a fixed pickup at an airport terminal or a hotel lobby, timed to the duty roster you send. A Mercedes Sprinter carries a full cabin crew with cases, and a van or V-Class suits a flight deck.
A crew run differs from a guest transfer because the clock belongs to the roster. Pickup time follows report time, rest rules and the hotel check-out. Your operations desk sends the pattern, and we turn it into a standing schedule.
What the desk needs for each run:
Crew hotels cluster near the airports: Al Garhoud and Deira near DXB, Al Barsha in the middle of the city, and Dubai South near Al Maktoum International (DWC). In Abu Dhabi, runs go from Zayed International (AUH) to the city and from Al Bateen Executive Airport to the Corniche.
DXB is about 60 km from DWC by road, according to Dubai Airports. Crew who land at one airport and sleep near the other need a long run, and the roster should allow for it.
| From | To | Distance | Free-flow drive |
|---|---|---|---|
| DXB Terminal 1 | Al Garhoud | about 4 km | about 10 minutes |
| DXB Terminal 1 | Deira | about 3 km | about 6 minutes |
| DXB Terminal 1 | Al Barsha | about 25 km | about 25 minutes |
| DWC | Al Barsha | about 39 km | about 43 minutes |
| DWC | Deira or Al Garhoud | about 56 km | about 58 minutes |
| AUH | Abu Dhabi Corniche | about 43 km | about 36 minutes |
| AUH | Al Bateen Executive Airport | about 31 km | about 29 minutes |
| Al Bateen Executive Airport | Abu Dhabi Corniche | about 19 km | about 17 minutes |
Times are without traffic, from OSRM on OpenStreetMap data, with one reference point in each district. The table starts from Terminal 1; Terminal 3 pickups follow the one-way airport roads and can take longer. Rush hours add time. Check the figures against your own roster.
The chauffeur waits at the FBO and drives the passengers from the apron side to the address you give. The main private terminal in Dubai is the Private VIP Terminal at Al Maktoum International (DWC), where Jetex lists an FBO with customs and immigration and 24/7 operations.
In Abu Dhabi, Jetex lists an FBO at Al Bateen Executive Airport, about 15 minutes from the city centre by its own account. Our private jet terminals page covers where the car waits, and the guide to arriving by private jet in the UAE explains customs and the handler’s role. The Al Bateen Executive Airport guide covers the Abu Dhabi side.
Send these to the desk ahead of the landing:
FBO access rules are the operator’s. Ask your handler whether the vehicle plate and driver name must be registered. Jetex also lists crew and VIP passenger transportation and crew accommodation arrangements, so a crew-only run can sit inside your handler’s own plan. For DWC arrivals on scheduled flights, see Al Maktoum International airport transfers.
We track the flight number you send and move the pickup to the new landing time. The driver stays at the terminal. Your duty manager gets a message with the revised time, so crew rest planning stays accurate.
Waiting time and how it is charged are written into the contract, not decided at the kerb. Ask for the delay rule in the proposal, including what happens past a set number of hours.
The desk answers 24/7 on WhatsApp and phone +971 55 750 8797. A late night arrival and a pre-dawn departure reach the same people. Assure has run chauffeur-driven cars in Dubai for more than 10 years, from an office in Al Garhoud about 3 km from DXB Terminal 3.
Your agent meets the guest at the aircraft door or in the arrivals hall. At an agreed handover point, our chauffeur takes the guest to the car. You send the guest name, flight and drop-off. We confirm the car and the driver.
This suits meet and greet firms that handle immigration help and fast-track steps but do not run their own cars. Your guest sees one continuous service. The handover point, the name board wording and the confirmation messages are agreed in your proposal.
For how a standard arrival works from the guest side, see our Dubai airport transfers page.
Send the weekly timetable once: hotel, airport and terminal, and departure times. We run it as a standing schedule, and you send changes on WhatsApp. Each run is listed by date and route on one monthly invoice, so your finance team can match it to the roster.
For a larger intake, a 19-seat Sprinter or a partner coach runs a single loop, which keeps vehicle numbers low at the airport kerb. Coaches come through our partner network, subject to availability. See our van and group transport options for the full range.
| Use | Vehicle | Seats |
|---|---|---|
| Flight deck crew | Toyota Hiace, Hyundai Staria or Mercedes V-Class | 6 to 8 |
| Cabin crew with cases | Mercedes Sprinter | 13 or 19 |
| Large crew changeover | Coach through our partner network | 35 |
| Private jet passenger | Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series | 3 |
| Senior executive or VIP | S-Class or 7 Series, see VIP chauffeur standards | 3 |
The cars, vans and Sprinters are in the Assure fleet. Coaches are available through our partner network, subject to availability.
You send a request for proposal. We reply with vehicles, a schedule and the rate basis. Rates, invoicing, notice periods and delay rules are agreed in writing before the first run. Our corporate chauffeur account page explains the monthly invoice, and the contract page sets out what goes into an agreement. If a crew day needs a car at your disposal, the full day chauffeur option covers it.
Contract terms are written for your operation. Ask for the replacement-car arrangement and the delay-charging rule in the proposal, because these are the two points crew planners check first.
Assure serves Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah with its own cars and with partner cars. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are available through our partner network, subject to availability.
For Abu Dhabi runs from Zayed International Airport (AUH) or Al Bateen Executive Airport, see our chauffeur service in Abu Dhabi. The airline crew transport guide explains how crew runs are planned.
The form on this page sends your details to the Assure desk on WhatsApp. Include the airports, hotels, crew size, run frequency and any FBO details.

Yes. A Sprinter carries a full cabin crew with bags, and a van or V-Class suits a flight deck. Send the crew hotel, the airports, the roster pattern and the pickup rules. Pickup times follow the duty schedule you give us. Terms such as notice periods are agreed in the contract.
Yes. The chauffeur waits at the FBO, subject to its own access rules, and drives the passengers to the address you give. The main private terminal is at Al Maktoum International (DWC), where Jetex operates an FBO. Send the FBO, tail number and landing time, and ask your handler whether vehicle details must be registered.
We track the flight number you send and move the pickup to the new landing time, then tell your duty manager the new time. Waiting time and its charging basis are set in the contract, so there is no argument on the night. The desk is open 24/7 on WhatsApp and phone.
Yes. Your agent meets the guest at the aircraft door or in the terminal, then hands over to our chauffeur at an agreed point. You send the guest name, flight and drop-off. We confirm the car. How the handover and branding work is agreed in your proposal.
Yes. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Tell us the airport, for example Zayed International or Al Bateen Executive Airport, and the hotel, and we confirm the route.
Ask for the arrangement in the proposal. A replacement-car commitment is not a standard promise. We put it in writing in the contract once you name the runs where it matters, for example early-morning crew pickups.
Send the weekly timetable once: hotel, airport, terminal and departure times. We run it as a standing schedule and you send changes on WhatsApp. One monthly invoice lists every run by date and route, so your finance team can check it against the roster.
