Three ways to build an Abu Dhabi package
An Abu Dhabi day from Dubai
Your chauffeur collects you from your Dubai hotel around 8:00 and drives the E11 south, about 139 km to central Abu Dhabi. The usual order is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan, Emirates Palace and the Corniche, then home by early evening. The full route is on the Abu Dhabi city tour page.
Dubai plus Abu Dhabi, 4 to 6 nights
Spend 2 or 3 nights in Dubai, one day on the city, one evening in the desert, then move to Abu Dhabi for a night or two. The car carries your bags between hotels, so you do not repack for a train or bus. Day trips and combinations are listed on our Abu Dhabi tours page.
An Abu Dhabi stay with Yas Island
Base yourselves on Yas Island, 92 km from Dubai Marina, and do a theme park day at Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld or Yas Waterworld. Add the mosque and Louvre Abu Dhabi on a second day, or an Abu Dhabi desert safari in the evening.
Add detail with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque visitor guide, the Louvre Abu Dhabi guide and Dubai versus Abu Dhabi for a holiday.
What each day includes
| Day type | Private chauffeur | Main stops |
|---|---|---|
| City day from Dubai | Yes, about 10 to 11 hours | Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan, Corniche |
| Yas Island day | Yes, car waits on the island | One or two parks |
| Desert evening | Yes | Dunes, sunset, camp dinner |
Shared tour options can be quoted instead of a private car. Ask and we say which are available. A guide is not part of a chauffeur day unless the quote states it.
The mosque: hours and dress
The mosque publishes visitor hours of 9:00 to 20:30 (last entry 20:00), with a Friday break. Women need loose clothing to the ankles, sleeves to the wrists and hair covered. Men should cover their legs and avoid sleeveless tops. Both sources are linked under this page.
Pickups and local legs
We collect from Dubai hotels, Dubai airports, Abu Dhabi hotels and Zayed International (AUH). Trips that start and end inside Abu Dhabi may need a partner licensed in that emirate, so we confirm each one per booking rather than assume it. For the road itself, see our intercity transfers.
How to enquire
Send dates, party size, where you want to sleep and what interests you to +971 56 684 8148 on WhatsApp. A person answers with a plan for Dubai plus Abu Dhabi. The places to visit in Abu Dhabi guide helps you pick stops, and the main tour packages page lists the other structures.

What sets the price
Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
- Day trip or multi-night stay
- Party size and the vehicle it needs
- Which sights and tickets are included
- Pickup point in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or at Zayed International
Questions and answers
How far is Abu Dhabi from Dubai?
About 139 km between the two city centres by road, usually 1 h 30 to 2 h depending on traffic. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is about 129 km from Downtown Dubai. Yas Island is around 92 km from Dubai Marina. Distances come from OpenStreetMap routing and change slightly by hotel location.
Is one day enough for Abu Dhabi?
One day covers the Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan, the Corniche and one museum, with 3 hours of driving. It does not cover Yas Island parks as well. For a theme park day or a slower pace, add a second day or stay a night in Abu Dhabi.
What should I wear at the Grand Mosque?
The mosque asks women for loose clothing to the ankles, sleeves to the wrists and a full hair covering. Men should cover their legs, and sleeveless or tight tops are not allowed. Avoid transparent clothing, slogans, heavy makeup and excessive jewellery. Check the mosque's own page before you go.
Can you collect me from Zayed International Airport?
Yes. Your chauffeur waits in the Terminal A arrivals hall with your name on a board, then drives you to Abu Dhabi, Yas Island or Dubai. Give us your flight number. Pickups that start and end inside Abu Dhabi are confirmed per booking, because they may need a partner licensed there.
When is the Grand Mosque open to visitors?
The mosque lists 9:00 to 20:30 for visitors, with last entry at 20:00, and shorter Friday windows (9:00 to 11:30, then 14:30 to 20:30). Ramadan hours differ. Hours change, so we check the official page before your date and plan the day around them.
