The road runs down Sheikh Zayed Road out of Dubai, then Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Street past Ghantoot into Abu Dhabi. It is the same road our Dubai to Abu Dhabi transfer drives. Allow extra time at rush hour.

Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World post ride closures on their opening-hours pages. When we checked on 17 October 2026, Ferrari World listed Formula Rossa as closed for maintenance. Warner Bros. World listed Teen Titans Training Academy as unavailable until further notice. Check the park’s own list before you pick it for one ride.
Two parks in one day
Three of the parks sit close together. Warner Bros. World is 1 km by road from Ferrari World, and Yas Waterworld is 3 km away. SeaWorld is 2 km from Ferrari World.
The rule that shapes the day is re-entry. Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld both have a no re-entry policy, so eat inside and leave each park once. Your chauffeur waits on the island and drives you from one gate to the next in 3 to 10 minutes.
Yas Island sells 2, 3 and 4 park multi-park experiences on its official site. With a private car you can split them across two days, or add a third park after a hotel night in Abu Dhabi.
Yas Waterworld in the hot months
From May to September, put Yas Waterworld first while the morning is cooler. Spend the afternoon heat in Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World or SeaWorld, which are all indoors.
Two Yas Waterworld rules catch people out. Swimwear is required at all times: no underwear, denim, long trousers, or clothes with zips or metal buttons. Inflatable armbands are not allowed, but the park lends life jackets free.
Guest parking at Yas Waterworld has moved to a temporary car park, with buggies to the entrance every 3 to 5 minutes at peak times. Your chauffeur confirms the drop-off point before you arrive.
Ages, height, health and dress rules
- Height. Warner Bros. World and Yas Waterworld price junior tickets by height, at 1.1 m, because some rides have height limits. Ferrari World’s ride page has a height checker from 90 cm to 140 cm and over.
- Children under 3. Free at Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World, and at Yas Waterworld up to age 3. Carry the child’s ID.
- Dress. Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World ask for over-knee shorts and covered shoulders.
- Health. The park FAQs we checked do not cover pregnancy, heart or back conditions. Ask Yas Concierge on 600 511115 before you choose the rides.
- Child seats. Tell us each child’s age, and we confirm the seats in the car before the 8:30 pickup.
Free park buses or a private car
Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World run return buses from Dubai for ticket holders. SeaWorld lists free buses from Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Ajman: show your e-ticket and be at the stop 5 minutes early. There is also a free Yas Express shuttle from Etihad Rail’s Mohamed Bin Zayed City station.

Ending the day at the airport
Yas Island is on the Dubai side of Abu Dhabi, so the airport is close. Ferrari World is about 16 km from AUH Terminal A, and SeaWorld 15 km, both about 20 minutes without traffic.

Ferrari World describes itself as a fully air-conditioned indoor park linked to Yas Mall. Warner Bros. World and SeaWorld are also indoor. Yas Waterworld is the water park, with more than 60 rides, slides and experiences. From May to September, put Yas Waterworld first, in the cooler morning, and spend the afternoon in an indoor park.
What should we wear at the Yas Island parks?
Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World ask for over-knee shorts and covered shoulders. At Yas Waterworld, swimwear is required, and denim, long trousers, underwear and clothes with zips or metal buttons are not allowed. SeaWorld advises layers or a jacket, because temperatures change through the park. Pack the swimwear in the car if you do both.
Do children under 3 pay at the Yas Island parks?
Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World admit children below the age of 3 free with their parents. Yas Waterworld admits children aged 3 and under free. Bring the child's ID in case staff ask. Junior prices at Warner Bros. World and Yas Waterworld are set by height at 1.1 m, because some rides have height limits.
Can the day end at Abu Dhabi airport?
Yes. Ferrari World is about 16 km from Zayed International Terminal A, roughly 20 minutes without traffic, and Yas Waterworld about 19 km. Load your luggage at the Dubai pickup and give us your flight time. We set the last park pickup so you reach the terminal with the time your airline asks for.
Is there a toll on the road from Dubai to Yas Island?
Yes. Since 4 May 2026, the Darb gate at Ghantoot on Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Street charges AED 4 per crossing, 24 hours a day, according to Abu Dhabi Mobility. The Dubai to Yas Island road passes it in both directions. Tolls on your route are one of the factors in the quote.
