Group types
Friends travelling together, extended families, school and college trips and clubs all book through one plan. Company groups on an offsite or a conference side trip should start at our events and MICE page, which covers shuttle plans and driver briefings.
Group planning notes: how many vehicles a group needs, group arrivals at Dubai airport and Toyota Hiace versus Coaster.
Vehicle by group size
| Group size | Vehicle | From |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 6 | Van such as the Mercedes V-Class | Our own fleet |
| 7 to 13 | Mercedes Sprinter 13-seat | Our own fleet |
| 14 to 19 | Mercedes Sprinter 19-seat | Our own fleet |
| 20 to 22 | Toyota Coaster | Partner network, subject to availability |
| 23 to 50 | 35-seat and 50-seat coaches | Partner network, subject to availability |
Seat counts come from the manufacturer or the client. Bags matter as much as people: a 19-seat Sprinter has room for 3 large suitcases with every seat full, so big groups often need a second vehicle. Our van and group transport, minibus rental and bus rental pages list the options.
Group itineraries as outlines
- City day: the Dubai city tour by minibus or coach, about 8 hours.
- Desert evening: a desert safari with 4x4s at the camp. Large parties usually split across several 4x4s in the dunes.
- Abu Dhabi day: about 139 km each way, with a stop at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
Driver or guide
Every vehicle comes with a driver. A licensed tour guide is not promised unless the quote says so. Tell us if a guide matters and we confirm what can be added.
Airport meet and greet
For group arrivals at Dubai International, drivers wait in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a board naming the group. Flight numbers let us track each landing. Waiting time for late flights is confirmed with your quote.
How to enquire
Send these on WhatsApp at +971 56 684 8148:
- Group size and ages if children travel.
- Arrival and departure dates and flight times.
- Number of bags.
- Tours you want.
A person replies with a vehicle and itinerary plan. Budget is not needed to start. For families, see family packages, and the main tour packages page shows other structures.

Questions and answers
How big a group can you handle?
Our own fleet seats up to 19 in a Mercedes Sprinter. Through our partner network, a 22-seat Toyota Coaster and 35 and 50-seat coaches are available, subject to availability. For a group of 100, we plan several vehicles and arrivals in waves. Send the number and your dates and we confirm what is free.
Can you arrange a bus for a group tour?
Yes. A 35 or 50-seat coach is available through our partner network, subject to availability. Bus bookings need your group size, bag count and the days you want it. See our bus rental and minibus rental pages for the seat sizes.
Do you provide a guide?
A chauffeur day includes a driver, not a licensed guide. If you want a guide, say so and we tell you whether one can be added for your tour. We do not promise one on every itinerary. Some operators include commentary, and we state this in the quote.
Can you meet a group at the airport?
Yes. Your drivers wait in the arrivals hall with a board showing the group name. Send flight numbers and landing times. Large groups landing on one flight often need more than one vehicle, which we plan for in advance. See our DXB page for terminals.
Do you handle school or company groups?
Yes. School, college and club trips use the same vans, minibuses and buses. Company groups and offsites are covered on our events and MICE page, with a bus plan and a driver briefing. Give us the headcount, bag count and schedule.
