How does a corporate chauffeur account work?

A corporate account puts every car your company books in Dubai and the other emirates under one agreement, one booking channel and one invoice.

  1. You send the request for proposal. Company, billing entity, services, trips per month, the cities and airports you use, and a start date.
  2. We send a written proposal. It sets the car class for each traveller grade, the rate basis (per transfer, per hour or per full day), the invoice format and the credit terms.
  3. You name your bookers. Executive assistants, the travel desk, HR for new joiners, an event manager in a show week.
  4. Bookers send trips on WhatsApp or by phone. Traveller name, flight number or pickup address, time, and a cost centre if you use one. The desk answers 24/7.
  5. The chauffeur meets the traveller. At an airport that means the arrivals hall with a name board. In the city it means the lobby or the kerb you name.
  6. One invoice arrives at month end. Every trip is listed, so your finance team can match it to the bookings.

Assure has been running chauffeur-driven cars in Dubai for more than 10 years. The office is in the Al Nisf Building on Airport Road in Al Garhoud, about 3 km from DXB Terminal 3.

For buyers, our guides cover corporate chauffeur pricing models, how corporate accounts work and a transport RFQ checklist.

Can you invoice monthly?

Yes. A corporate account is billed once a month, and each line carries these details.

  • the date and pickup time
  • the traveller’s name and the booker
  • the route, or the hours on hourly hire
  • tolls and parking, where the proposal says they are passed on
  • the purchase order number or cost centre given at booking

Credit terms are agreed in the proposal, not published here, because they depend on volume and your payment cycle. The proposal also shows the invoice layout, the VAT lines and the Tax Registration Number your accounts payable team needs.

What one account can cover

Need How it runs Usual car
Airport programmes Meet and greet for staff, guests and new joiners at DXB, DWC, Zayed International, Sharjah and the other UAE airports Lexus ES 300h, Mercedes-Benz S-Class
Private jet arrivals Pickup at the FBO for board members and investors S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Cadillac Escalade
Meetings by the hour One car on standby between DIFC, Dubai World Trade Centre and Business Bay Business or first class sedan
Roadshows A full day across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with the same chauffeur S-Class or GMC Yukon
Delegations A lead car plus vans or Sprinters for the rest of the party Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Sprinter
Exhibition weeks Hotel to venue runs and standby cars for stand teams Sprinter, plus partner coaches
Executives’ drivers A car and chauffeur on set days each month Lexus ES 300h, S-Class
Staff buses Fixed shift routes between accommodation and site 13 to 50 seats

Your chauffeur meets travellers at all three terminals of Dubai International. Terminal 3 serves Emirates, and Terminal 1 serves more than 50 other international airlines, so the booker should note the airline as well as the flight number.

Board members flying private land at the business aviation terminals, such as the Jetex FBO at the VIP Terminal of Al Maktoum International (DWC). Our page on private jet terminal pickups covers what the chauffeur needs: the FBO, the tail number and the arrival time.

For one executive who needs a driver every working day, a monthly driver plan on the same account saves booking the car day by day. Shift buses for site and warehouse staff run as a separate staff transport contract. Hotels that need guest transfers and a house car use hotel transport, and dignitaries or board guests who need a lead car and a set protocol are covered under VIP and executive transport.

Drive times your travel desk can plan around

These are road distances and drive times without traffic, from OSRM routing on OpenStreetMap, checked on 17 October 2026. Weekday peak traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road adds time, so build a margin into airport runs.

From To Road distance Without traffic
DXB Terminal 3 DIFC about 12 km about 12 minutes
DXB Terminal 3 Dubai World Trade Centre about 11 km about 12 minutes
DXB Terminal 3 Business Bay about 16 km about 16 minutes
DXB Terminal 3 Dubai Internet City about 30 km about 25 minutes
DXB Terminal 3 JAFZA One, Jebel Ali Free Zone about 45 km about 38 minutes
Al Maktoum International (DWC) JAFZA One, Jebel Ali Free Zone about 24 km about 32 minutes
DIFC ADGM, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi about 141 km about 1 hour 30 minutes

DWC is about half the road distance to JAFZA, though the drive time without traffic is close to the run from DXB. A day trip to Abu Dhabi Global Market means about 3 hours in the car, so book a car the traveller can work in, such as the S-Class.

Exhibitions, delegations and roadshows

Dubai’s big trade shows fill hotels and roads in the same weeks, so book cars as soon as the team list is set. The dates below come from the organisers’ sites, checked on 17 October 2026.

  • GITEX Global: 7 to 11 December 2026. The Summit is at Dubai World Trade Centre on day one, then the Expo moves to the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. See our GITEX transport plan.
  • Gulfood: 15 to 19 March 2027, split between Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, about 42 km apart. Our Gulfood chauffeur page covers the run between the two halls.
  • Dubai Airshow: 15 to 19 November 2027, at the Dubai Airshow Site on the DWC grounds in Dubai South. See Dubai Airshow transport.

Other shows, conferences and incentive groups are on the events calendar. For conference delegates and incentive trips planned end to end, see event and MICE transport.

For a stand team of 30, two 19-seat Sprinters cover the hotel run with 8 seats spare. Bigger groups move on 35 and 50-seat coaches through bus rental with a driver, available through our partner network, subject to availability.

Response times, replacement cars and the 24/7 desk

The booking desk answers WhatsApp and phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on +971 56 684 8148. Your bookers never wait for office hours to change a pickup.

The proposal states in writing what your account can expect.

  • how fast a booking is confirmed
  • how late a booking can still be changed or cancelled without charge
  • how a replacement car is sent if a car is delayed or breaks down
  • who your account contact is for invoices and complaints

The Assure fleet has 10 vehicles, from the Lexus ES 300h to the 19-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Coaches, exotic cars and stretch limousines are available through our partner network, subject to availability.

Licence, insurance and chauffeur checks

Assure is RTA licensed. In Dubai, a company that carries passengers in luxury vehicles needs an RTA permit for the activity “Passenger Transport by Luxury Motor Vehicles”. The rules sit in Executive Council Resolution No. 6 of 2016 and Executive Regulations No. 516 of 2022.

To hold that permit, an operator must do four things.

  • lodge a cash or bank guarantee in RTA’s favour
  • keep a headquarters to manage and run the fleet
  • undertake to meet RTA’s service level agreements
  • keep to the vehicle categories, numbers and maximum time in service that RTA approves

For work outside Dubai, the same rules point operators to the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport. A trip that starts and ends inside Abu Dhabi or Sharjah may need a partner licensed in that emirate, so it is confirmed per booking.

Procurement teams usually ask for the trade licence, the RTA permit, vehicle insurance, bank details on a letterhead and a company profile. Send your vendor registration form with the request for proposal and we complete it.

Ask in the same request which checks a chauffeur passes before driving on your account, such as driving licence and background checks. The proposal lists them in writing. You can also set standards for the chauffeurs who drive your people. Typical ones are a dress code, no phone calls with a passenger on board, no smoking, child seats for family arrivals, and confidentiality for board members. The proposal says which ones we commit to.

Assure does not publish client names or logos without written permission, so none appear on this site.

What to put in your request for proposal

The form on this page sends your answers to the Assure desk on WhatsApp. The more of these you include, the faster a proposal comes back.

  • Company name, billing entity and the contact for invoices
  • Services: airport pickups, hourly cars, delegations, show weeks, monthly drivers, staff buses
  • Trips per month, even a rough range
  • The airports and emirates your people use
  • Traveller grades and the car class for each
  • Who may book, and how you want trips approved
  • Invoice needs: purchase orders, cost centres, payment cycle
  • Start date

Travel agents and DMCs booking for their own clients have a separate route: see ground transport for the travel trade.

Questions and answers

How do corporate chauffeur accounts work?

You send a request for proposal with your company, services, trips per month and start date. Assure replies with a written proposal: car classes, the rate basis for transfers, hours and full days, the invoice format and the credit terms. Once you sign, your named bookers send trips on WhatsApp or by phone, and every trip in the month lands on one invoice.

Can you invoice monthly?

Yes. A corporate account is billed once a month. Each line shows the date, the traveller, the route or hours, and any purchase order or cost centre given at booking. Credit terms are agreed in the proposal rather than published, because they depend on volume. Tell us your accounts payable cycle in the request and we work to it where we can.

Who in our company can book on the account?

Anyone you name in the account set-up, such as executive assistants, the travel desk, HR for new joiners or an event manager during a show week. You can ask for bookings from anyone else to be checked with your account contact first. Each booker can send trips on WhatsApp or by phone at any hour, and the desk answers 24/7.

What happens if a flight lands late or a meeting runs over?

Give the flight number with each airport booking. The chauffeur follows the real landing time at DXB, DWC, Zayed International or any other UAE airport, not the schedule. For hourly hire, the car waits while the meeting runs on. Extra time is billed at the rate set in your proposal, and the traveller never has to arrange it on the day.

Is Assure licensed to carry our staff and guests?

Yes. Assure is RTA licensed. Under Dubai's rules for passenger transport in luxury vehicles, an operator must lodge a bank guarantee in favour of the Roads and Transport Authority, keep a headquarters for the fleet and undertake to meet RTA service level agreements. A trip that starts and ends inside another emirate may need a partner licensed there, so it is confirmed per booking.

Can you move a delegation or an exhibition team?

Yes. A delegation can mix first class sedans for senior guests, 6-seat SUVs and V-Class vans for teams, and 13 or 19-seat Sprinters from the Assure fleet. Coaches of 35 and 50 seats are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Send the arrival list and the daily schedule early, especially for show weeks such as GITEX, Gulfood or the Dubai Airshow.

Do you publish client names or references?

No. Assure does not show client names or logos on this site, and will only name a client with that client's written permission. Procurement teams usually check licences, insurance and the trade licence instead. Send your vendor registration form with the request for proposal and the documents it asks for come back with the proposal.
