This page is for line producers, production managers, agency producers, tour and festival managers, and club operations staff. You send a call sheet or a schedule. We turn it into cars, vans and drivers with set pickup times.
Assure sells transport only. We do not produce shoots or events, book talent or arrange permits. For conferences and exhibitions, see events and MICE transport.
Dubai Studio City is a TECOM Group film and TV district in Dubai, with sound stages. The Dubai Film and TV Commission handles shoot permits in the emirate. Check the current process on its official site, because Assure does not apply for permits for you.
For shows, Coca-Cola Arena sits at City Walk in Dubai and holds 17,000 people. Etihad Arena is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Check the venue’s own site for load-in, artist and parking arrangements. Arena-specific drop-off notes are on our Coca-Cola Arena chauffeur page.
Outdoor days often use the desert near Al Qudra, or Hatta in the Hajar mountains.
These are road distances from Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3 and drive times without traffic, from OSRM routing on OpenStreetMap, checked on 25 October 2026.
| Destination | Distance | Drive time |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai Studio City | about 36 km | about 29 minutes |
| Coca-Cola Arena, City Walk | about 14 km | about 15 minutes |
| Al Qudra (desert location) | about 65 km | about 52 minutes |
| Hatta | about 107 km | about 86 minutes |
| Etihad Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi | about 125 km | about 83 minutes |
Weekday peak traffic, event exits and Sheikh Zayed Road add time. Early calls beat the traffic. For a night show, plan the return run before the doors open. A 4 am pickup for a Hatta unit means a 2:30 am start for the driver, so we plan rest into the schedule.
| Who | Vehicle | Seats |
|---|---|---|
| Lead talent, director, client | Mercedes S-Class | 3 |
| Small unit or band | Mercedes V-Class | 6 |
| Crew of 10 to 18, light kit | Mercedes Sprinter | 13 or 19 |
| Senior guests and executives | GMC Yukon | 6 |
| Full squad, large crew | Coach through our partner network | 35 or 50 |
The cars, V-Classes and Sprinters are in the Assure fleet. Coaches are available through our partner network, subject to availability. See the fleet, the van and group transport options and bus with driver.
Vans carry personal bags and light kit. Heavy equipment, staging and instruments travel on the production’s own trucks.
Productions that shoot over several weeks can agree a monthly contract instead of booking each day.
An artist day runs backwards from the show. A chauffeur meets the artist at the airport arrivals hall or the hotel, takes them to soundcheck, returns them to the hotel, then brings them back for the show and the exit. The crew moves in vans on its own earlier schedule.
For festival weekends, the same cars and drivers cover several artists, so we ask for the full running order, not only headliner times. Event exits are crowded. We agree an artist pickup point with the venue before the show, not at the doors.

A match-day plan works from kick-off or tip-off. Coaches bring the squad through our partner network, subject to availability. Kit travels in a van or Sprinter from the Assure fleet, and staff use cars. The route back to the airport is planned before the match, so nobody waits for a late bus.

Allow for the crew’s first call, a unit move and the wrap. The driver follows the call sheet and waits at the location. If the unit moves from a studio to the desert, the driver already holds both addresses.

A transport plan is only as good as the sheet behind it. The details that change the plan most are these:
Schedules move on every production. A long day at Hatta can wrap an hour late, and a show can run past its curfew. Tell the desk by WhatsApp as soon as you know. The driver stays with the vehicle, and extra waiting time is billed on the basis agreed in your proposal. For a late wrap far from Dubai, such as Hatta or Yas Island, ask in the brief how the return run is planned, so the driver is rested and the crew is not stranded.
Assure serves Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah with its own cars and with partner cars. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars and coaches are subject to availability.
Drivers do not discuss talent, schedules or locations with anyone outside the booking. A signed confidentiality agreement, if you need one, is something to ask for in the proposal. We confirm it before the job, not after. Your production’s safety plan stays with you. Drivers follow the call sheet and the pickup list you send.
The form on this page sends your details to the Assure desk on WhatsApp. Include the dates, the locations, the number of people, the call times and any flight numbers. Rough numbers are fine to start. We refine the plan as the schedule firms up. For the broader company offer, see corporate chauffeur services.

Tell us the company, the monthly volume and the services you need. The team replies with a quotation on WhatsApp.
Yes. Vans and 13 or 19-seat Sprinters carry crew and light kit to locations such as Al Qudra or Hatta, and a chauffeur stays with the vehicle on a full-day booking. Heavy equipment normally travels on the production's own trucks. Send the call sheet, the pickup points and the wrap time.
Yes. A chauffeur meets the artist or crew at the airport or hotel and drives to the venue, such as Coca-Cola Arena at City Walk, using the load-in, soundcheck and show schedule. Cars such as the Mercedes V-Class and S-Class are in the Assure fleet. Send the day sheet and the flight numbers.

No. Shoot permits in Dubai go through the Dubai Film and TV Commission, and the production applies for them. Check the current steps on the commission's official site. Once your permit and location are fixed, we plan the transport to the confirmed address and call time.
Early and night runs are possible and are quoted as a price factor. Tell us the call time and pickup points in the brief, and ask for the early-start cover to be written into the proposal. Which hours we can cover on your dates is confirmed before the plan is final.
Yes. A tour or festival that starts in Dubai and plays Abu Dhabi can run as one plan. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars and coaches are subject to availability.
Invoicing is agreed in writing in the proposal, per production or on a company account. Send the production company details and any job or cost code you need on the invoice. Credit terms are not assumed and are set out in the contract.
