This page is for concierge companies, personal shopping services, luxury brands, fashion houses and private members’ clubs. You look after the client. Assure supplies the car and driver behind your name.

What do concierge, brand and club teams use a chauffeur for?

Teams in this sector book cars for people, not for routes. A client has an appointment at 11:00, a private viewing at 16:00 and a dinner at 20:30. Each pickup is timed to that diary.

  • Client appointments. A boutique or atelier sends a car for a VIP client and returns them to the hotel or residence.
  • Personal shopping days. The driver waits at each stop, takes the bags to the car and follows the shopper’s list.
  • Private viewings and launches. Guests arrive in a planned order, each with a driver and a name board.
  • Member pickups. A private members’ club collects members for dinners, tastings or event nights and takes them home afterwards.
  • Hotel and airport handovers. Your client lands at DXB, and the same account carries them to the hotel. See airport transfers at DXB.

How does a concierge company book cars for its clients?

You book on your own account, and each trip carries your client’s name. The driver, the pickup point and the timing come from your instructions. Assure invoices you, not the client.

  1. Open the account. Send your company details and the kind of clients you serve. We reply with a proposal.
  2. Send each booking. Give the client’s name, pickup address, time, number of passengers and any preference for the car.
  3. Receive the confirmation. The Assure desk replies on WhatsApp with the car, the driver’s name and the plate. You forward it to your client.
  4. Meet the driver. The driver holds a name board or waits at the agreed pickup point, depending on the venue.
  5. Close the trip. Waiting time and extras appear on one invoice to you, so your client never handles payment.

Some concierge companies prefer the car to appear as part of their own service. Whether names, messages and name boards carry your branding is agreed in the contract. The chauffeur contracts page explains how an account is set up. For all-day programmes, see full day chauffeur service.

Where do luxury clients go, and how far apart are the places?

Most luxury appointments cluster in a few districts. The official names below come from the operators’ own sites.

  • Fashion Avenue at The Dubai Mall. The Dubai Mall describes it as a home for luxury designer fashion brands.
  • Mall of the Emirates. A flagship shopping destination run by Majid Al Futtaim in Al Barsha.
  • Dubai Design District. A design, fashion and culture district, also called d3, near Business Bay.
  • Gate Avenue at DIFC. DIFC lists it as its retail and dining district.

The times below are about driving time without traffic. Distances and times come from OSRM, checked 25 October 2026, between the main entrance points we geocoded. Palm Jumeirah is measured to Atlantis The Palm, and DXB to Terminal 3.

Route Distance Drive time
The Dubai Mall to Gate Avenue, DIFC about 3 km about 5 minutes
The Dubai Mall to Dubai Design District about 4 km about 8 minutes
Gate Avenue, DIFC to Dubai Design District about 7 km about 10 minutes
The Dubai Mall to Mall of the Emirates about 15 km about 16 minutes
Gate Avenue, DIFC to Mall of the Emirates about 18 km about 18 minutes
Mall of the Emirates to Palm Jumeirah (Atlantis) about 15 km about 21 minutes
The Dubai Mall to Palm Jumeirah (Atlantis) about 26 km about 28 minutes
The Dubai Mall to DXB Terminal 3 about 15 km about 16 minutes
Dubai Design District to DXB Terminal 3 about 15 km about 17 minutes
Palm Jumeirah (Atlantis) to DXB Terminal 3 about 38 km about 37 minutes

Traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road adds time at the start and end of the working day. Plan a buffer when a client has a fixed arrival slot. Standing pickup points at the largest mall are covered in our guide to Dubai Mall pickup points.

How do luxury brands and fashion houses run VIP client days?

A brand usually knows the guest list and the schedule weeks ahead. That helps. We plan the cars the way you plan the room.

  • Appointment days. One car per VIP client, with a driver who knows the boutique entrance and where to wait.
  • Private viewings. A set arrival window, a name board per guest and a clear pickup point at the venue.
  • Launch events. Several cars on the night, sequenced by arrival time. The luxury brand event guest transport guide shows how a plan looks.
  • Visiting teams. Press, stylists and brand executives move between hotel, venue and airport in one booking.

Send the venue, the date, the number of guests and the arrival window. We reply with the number of cars and how we propose to run the arrivals.

How do private members’ clubs use a chauffeur?

A club typically wants two things: a calm arrival for the member and a driver who respects privacy. Assure collects members from home, hotel or office, and returns them after dinners, tastings and event nights.

You can book per event or on a monthly account. Send the member list, the addresses and the event times. For recurring nights, ask for a regular driver in the proposal. Any confidentiality terms are agreed in the contract.

Which cars do you offer for high-profile clients?

Client need Car Source
One or two guests, quiet arrival Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series Assure fleet
Two to four guests with bags Cadillac Escalade Assure fleet
Entourage or team of up to 6 Mercedes V-Class Assure fleet
Statement arrival at a launch Rolls-Royce Ghost, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Partner network, subject to availability

The S-Class, 7 Series, Escalade and V-Class come from the Assure fleet. Rolls-Royce and other exotic cars are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Browse the options on the ultra-luxury and exotic fleet page, or read what to expect from VIP and executive chauffeur service.

How do you handle discretion?

Drivers use client names and addresses only to run the trip. They do not share a client’s movements with anyone except your coordinator. Your brief to the driver can cover greetings, the preferred language and what the client dislikes. We pass it on before the first trip.

Confidentiality terms, the use of a regular named driver and anything else you need in writing are agreed in the contract. Ask for them in the proposal.

Can the same account cover Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah?

Yes. Assure serves Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah with its own cars and with partner cars. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are always through our partner network, subject to availability.

A client who flies in for a private viewing in Abu Dhabi can be driven from Dubai, or met locally. See chauffeur service in Abu Dhabi for the main destinations.

How does a client plan a personal shopping day?

A good shopping day starts with the list: which stores, in which order, and how long at each. The shopper then sees fewer stops where the car is far from the entrance. Our guide to personal shopping in Dubai with a chauffeur walks through a day by district. For all-day plans across several emirates, the corporate chauffeur hub lists the other sector pages.

Questions and answers

Can a concierge company book cars for its clients on one account?

Yes. You book under your own company account and send us each client's name, pickup point and schedule. The driver and the confirmation messages refer to your concierge service. We invoice you once, so your clients never handle payment. How far the arrangement is white-label is agreed in the contract.

Can you supply cars for a brand's VIP event?

Yes. Send the venue, the arrival window and the number of guests. We plan the cars, the arrival order and the pickup point with your events team, with a driver and name board for each guest. Rolls-Royce and other exotics come through our partner network, subject to availability.

Which cars do you offer for high-profile clients?

The Assure fleet includes the Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series and Cadillac Escalade. Rolls-Royce, Bentley and other exotics are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Tell us the client's preference and the date, and we confirm the exact car in the proposal.

Can your driver wait while a client shops?

Yes. The driver waits at the agreed pickup point and takes the bags to the car. Waiting time is part of the quote, so give us the expected length of the appointment. If it runs long, your client or your coordinator messages the Assure desk on WhatsApp.

Do you work with private members' clubs?

Yes. A club sends the member list, pickup addresses and the event times, and we run the cars on a monthly account or per event. Member details are used only to run the trip. Any confidentiality terms are agreed in the contract.

Can the driver be briefed on how we treat our clients?

Yes. Send a short brief covering greetings, names, preferred language and anything the client dislikes. We pass it to the driver before the first trip. For a standing programme, ask for a regular driver in the proposal.

Do you cover Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah?

Yes. Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are available subject to availability. For a client who flies in for a private viewing in Abu Dhabi, we can run the day from Dubai or cover it locally.
