Assure provides chauffeur-driven cars for private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, family offices and visiting fund teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Typical jobs are DIFC and ADGM roadshow days, investor delegations, site visits and private jet arrivals. The firm signs one contract, named bookers send trips on WhatsApp, and one monthly invoice follows.

This page is for operations heads, executive assistants and chiefs of staff at investment firms, and for the family offices and developers who host investors. You book once under a contract, and the cars run under that arrangement.
Fund and investor teams use us when a programme crosses cities and the timing matters. The people we move are:
Assure has been operating for 10+ years, from an office in Al Garhoud about 3 km from DXB Terminal 3.
Three centres come up in almost every programme. Each has its own address, legal framework and way in.
DIFC, Dubai. The Dubai International Financial Centre was established in 2004 and runs on an English common law framework. DIFC reports more than 10,000 active registered companies. Most visits are meetings, with the chauffeur waiting near the drop-off point.
ADGM, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. ADGM applies English common law directly and has its own courts. The financial centre sits on Al Maryah Island, on the Abu Dhabi side of your programme. Give us the exact building and entrance for each meeting.
Ras Al Khaimah. Investors ask about three names here:
For the Dubai side of a financial visit, our page on banks and financial services covers regulator and head-office days in more detail.
Hub-to-hub drives decide how many meetings fit in a day. These are road distances and drive times without traffic, from OSRM routing on OpenStreetMap, checked on 25 October 2026.
| From | To | Distance | Drive time |

| DIFC | ADGM, Al Maryah Island | about 141 km | about 90 minutes |

Weekday peaks on Sheikh Zayed Road and the E11 add time, and so do the toll gates. We plan a margin into every leg and agree it with your assistant before the day.
Yes, if the day has a fixed order and a fixed return time. DIFC to ADGM is about 90 minutes each way without traffic, so a full day holds two or three meetings in each city, not five.
A three-day programme across the emirates works the same way. Our guide to a three-day UAE investor roadshow shows how the legs fit together. For a full-day chauffeur the car and driver stay with your group from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
For a group, we run a lead car and a support vehicle. The lead car is a Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series for the principal or the most senior guest. A Mercedes V-Class carries a small team. A 13 or 19-seat Mercedes Sprinter carries a larger one, with luggage.
| Group | Suggested set-up | Source of the vehicles |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 2 travellers | One S-Class or 7 Series | Assure fleet |
| 3 to 6 travellers | S-Class lead plus a V-Class | Assure fleet |
| 7 to 16 travellers | S-Class lead plus a 13 or 19-seat Sprinter | Assure fleet |
| 17 or more travellers | S-Class lead plus a coach | Coach through our partner network, subject to availability |
Chauffeurs wait in the arrivals hall or at the entrance with a name board, and the passenger list is agreed in advance. See the cars on our first class sedans page.
A site visit means long waits and a car that has to stay with your group. Tell us the addresses of the sites, the arrival times and how long the tour lasts. We send the route, the contact for gate access and the waiting time in the proposal.
A common programme is an airport pickup, a site tour in the morning, a lunch meeting and an evening transfer to a hotel. Developers hosting investors book all of it as one booking. If your property team also needs guest transfers, the hotel transport page covers contract shuttles and VIP arrivals for hotels and resorts.
Yes. A family office can ask for one named chauffeur for a principal, either for full days or on a standing arrangement. We agree the working hours, the car class, who covers days off, and how to reach the chauffeur out of hours in the contract. A standing arrangement sits under a chauffeur contract, so the family office signs once and the invoice arrives monthly.
On discretion: the chauffeur does not discuss passengers, destinations or conversations with anyone. If you need a written confidentiality clause, ask for it in the proposal and we confirm what we can commit to.
Send the operator, the tail number, the landing time and the terminal. The chauffeur is at the terminal before the aircraft arrives and follows the changes in your schedule. Our private jet terminals page lists the terminals in the UAE and the procedure for the car.
Commercial arrivals at DXB follow the usual meet and greet, and we track your flight number for delays.
Your car comes from the Assure fleet or our partner network, confirmed when you book. Partner cars are available through our partner network, subject to availability. A day that starts in Dubai usually runs in one car from pickup to drop-off, so the same chauffeur stays with your group.
Our guide to a business day in Ras Al Khaimah from Dubai shows how a RAKEZ morning and an Al Marjan Island afternoon fit around a return flight.
Rate basis and invoicing details are agreed in the contract, so procurement and finance can review them before the first trip.
The form on this page sends your details to the Assure desk on WhatsApp. Include the cities, the dates, the number of travellers, your arrival flights or aircraft, and the meeting addresses if you have them.

Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
Tell us the company, the monthly volume and the services you need. The team replies with a quotation on WhatsApp.
Yes. DIFC to ADGM on Al Maryah Island is about 141 km and about 90 minutes without traffic, so we plan it as one day with a fixed order of meetings and a return time. Send your appointment times and addresses, and we confirm the schedule and cars. Our guide on a DIFC to ADGM meeting day sets out the timing.
DIFC to the RAKEZ Al Hamra zone is about 93 km and about 72 minutes without traffic. Al Marjan Island is about 89 km and about 74 minutes. Morning and evening traffic on the E11 adds time, so we build in a margin. Our guide on a business day in Ras Al Khaimah covers the plan.
Yes. A lead Mercedes S-Class carries the principal, and a Mercedes V-Class or a 13 or 19-seat Sprinter carries the team and luggage. These are Assure fleet cars. Coaches for larger groups come through our partner network, subject to availability. Send the head count and the programme, and we propose the mix.
Yes. A family office can ask for one named chauffeur assigned to a principal for full days or on a standing arrangement. Duty hours, cover for days off and the car class are agreed in the contract. Ask for the named-chauffeur arrangement in the proposal, and we confirm what we can commit to.
Yes. The chauffeur meets your guests at the terminal your operator gives us, with the tail number and landing time confirmed before departure. Luggage is loaded at the aircraft door where the terminal allows it. Our private jet terminals page lists the terminals and the procedure at each.
Yes. A developer sends the investor list, the arrival times and the site programme, and we run the airport pickups, the site visits and the dinner transfers on one booking. Waiting time at sites is quoted in the proposal. Property managers who need hotel guest transfers should see our hotel transport page.
The firm signs a contract once, names the people who may book, and receives one invoice a month. Each trip can carry a fund, deal or cost-centre reference given at booking. Rate basis, notice periods and invoice format are agreed in the proposal, so finance can review them before the first trip.
