What a trade account covers

With a trade account, your agency or DMC books cars, vans and coaches across the UAE for its own clients, and your operations team deals with a single desk.

  • Airport arrivals and departures at all 7 UAE airports and the private jet terminals, with meet and greet in arrivals.
  • Hotel and intercity transfers, such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi, about 139 km and 1 hour 30 minutes without traffic.
  • Chauffeurs by the hour for VIP clients, honeymooners and board members on incentive trips.
  • Cars for private tours, with the driver waiting at each stop.
  • Groups, from a 6-seat Mercedes-Benz V-Class to 50-seat coaches.

Assure has run chauffeur-driven cars in Dubai for more than 10 years, and is RTA licensed. The fleet is 10 own vehicles plus coaches and rarer cars, available through our partner network, subject to availability. Corporate clients booking for their own staff use a corporate account instead.

Agents can also read what a DMC is, the inbound group ground handling checklist and white-label transfers.

Trade rates, vouchers and white label

The terms below are agreed per partner in a written trade agreement.

  • Rates: set from your volumes, routes and car classes. They are not published on the site.
  • Name boards: your client’s name, with or without your agency’s name. Ask for this when you apply.
  • Vouchers: with your branding, or with no Assure name, if you resell under your own brand. Confirmed in the agreement.
  • Payment: the method and terms are agreed with you and written into the agreement.
  • Included waiting time and cancellation windows: written into the agreement, so your sales team knows what to tell clients.

Which terminal your clients land at

Ask your clients for the flight number, not only the airport. Dubai International alone has three passenger terminals, and the chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of the right one.

Airport Terminals and airlines From central Dubai, without traffic
Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3: Emirates; Terminal 2: home of flydubai, with about 21 airlines; Terminal 1: more than 50 other international airlines about 18 km, 27 minutes
Al Maktoum International (DWC) Passenger terminal; private flights use the VIP Terminal, home of the Jetex FBO about 49 km, 51 minutes
Zayed International (AUH), Abu Dhabi Terminal A about 115 km, 1 hour 17 minutes
Sharjah International (SHJ) Main passenger terminal about 39 km, 34 minutes
Ras Al Khaimah International (RKT) Arrival terminal about 112 km, 1 hour 21 minutes
Fujairah International (FJR) Passenger terminal about 120 km, 1 hour 29 minutes
Al Ain (AAN) Passenger terminal about 150 km, 1 hour 50 minutes

Distances and times are OSRM figures on OpenStreetMap roads, checked on 17 October 2026. Our airport transfers page has a full page for each airport, including the meeting points at DXB. For clients flying private, see pickups at the private jet terminals.

How a booking runs, from manifest to drop-off

  1. Send the booking. Lead passenger, flight number, arrival date and time, passenger count, large bags, hotel, and any child seats.
  2. We confirm on WhatsApp. You get the car class and the pickup details to pass to your client.
  3. The chauffeur follows the flight. Pickup moves with the real landing time.
  4. The chauffeur meets your client in arrivals. DXB has no pick-up area at arrivals. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with the name board, then walks your clients to the car in the terminal car park.
  5. Departures run to the airport’s advice. Dubai Airports recommends arriving at least 3 hours before departure. From Dubai Marina, DXB is about 37 km and 42 minutes without traffic, so a pickup about 4 hours before an evening flight leaves room for traffic.
  6. Changes go to the 24/7 desk. New flights, extra stops and room changes come in on WhatsApp or phone at any hour.

Departure pickups from the main hotel areas

Set each departure pickup from the hotel area, not a single rule for the whole city. Times below are without traffic, from OSRM on OpenStreetMap, checked on 17 October 2026.

Hotel area Airport Road distance Without traffic
Downtown Dubai DXB about 18 km about 27 minutes
Dubai Marina DXB about 37 km about 42 minutes
Palm Jumeirah DXB about 37 km about 43 minutes
Dubai Marina DWC about 32 km about 38 minutes
Central Abu Dhabi Zayed International (AUH) about 41 km about 34 minutes
Yas Island Zayed International (AUH) about 19 km about 23 minutes
Central Abu Dhabi DXB about 154 km about 1 hour 50 minutes

A client staying in Abu Dhabi but flying out of DXB spends close to 2 hours on the road before the 3-hour check-in margin. Tell your clients this when they book.

Group arrivals and luggage

For groups, send the manifest with the number of large suitcases, not only the head count. Luggage can decide the vehicle before the seat count does.

Vehicle Passengers Large suitcases Where it comes from
Mercedes-Benz V-Class 6 4 Assure fleet
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 13 6 Assure fleet
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 19 3 Assure fleet
Coach 50 about 35 Partner network, subject to availability

A group of 40 with one case each needs the 50-seat coach plus a Sprinter for the bags that do not fit, or two vehicles from the start. The chauffeur or group lead meets the party in the arrivals hall with one board for the group.

Tour and excursion transport for your clients

Assure runs private chauffeur-driven tours across the UAE. Your clients get a car and driver to themselves, with the car waiting at each stop. Distances below are from central Dubai, without traffic.

  • Desert evenings: the Lahbab desert, about 48 km and 43 minutes away.
  • Abu Dhabi city tour: about 139 km to the capital, so a full day with about 3 hours on the road.
  • Hatta: about 109 km into the Hajar Mountains, near the Oman border.
  • Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah: about 154 km, roughly 2 hours each way.

The tours section lists each tour with pickup areas, timings and what is included. Groups of 7 to 50 move in Sprinters or coaches; see van and group transport for vehicle sizes and luggage space.

For multi-day itineraries that bundle transfers and tours, see our UAE tour packages. Hotels that resell transfers to their own guests have a separate route: hotel transport. Incentive groups, conference delegates and MICE programmes are planned through event and MICE transport.

Transport during Arabian Travel Market week

Arabian Travel Market returns to Dubai World Trade Centre from 3 to 6 May 2027, according to the organiser. If you exhibit or host buyers that week, the same trade account covers airport pickups, hotel loops to DWTC and standby cars. Our Arabian Travel Market transport page covers the drop-off point, parking and show-week traffic.

Questions and answers

Do you work with travel agents, tour operators and DMCs?

Yes. Agents, tour operators and DMCs book UAE ground transport for their clients through a trade account. Typical work is airport meet and greet, hotel transfers, intercity runs such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi, chauffeurs by the hour for VIP clients and cars for private tours. Rates, voucher format and payment terms are agreed in writing for each partner.

Do you offer net rates to the trade?

Trade rates are agreed per account, based on your volumes, routes and car classes, and are not published on this site. Send your expected arrivals per month, the airports and the services you resell. The trade agreement then sets the rates, what waiting time is included, the cancellation windows and the payment terms, so your team can quote clients with confidence.

Can the name board and vouchers show our brand instead of Assure?

Ask for it when you apply. If you resell under your own brand, the name board can show your client's name only, or your agency's name with it, and vouchers can be issued without the Assure name. The trade agreement confirms which of these options apply to your account before your first booking.

What happens if a client's flight is delayed?

Send the flight number with every arrival. The chauffeur follows the real landing time, not the schedule, so a late landing moves the pickup with it. If a flight is cancelled or diverted, your operations team messages the desk on WhatsApp at any hour and the pickup is moved to the new flight.

Which UAE airports do you cover?

All of them: Dubai International (Terminals 1, 2 and 3), Al Maktoum International (DWC), Zayed International in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain. Assure also meets private flights at the business aviation terminals at DWC, DXB and Al Bateen in Abu Dhabi. Scheduled flights are met in the arrivals hall with a name board.

Can you provide cars for tours and excursions?

Yes. Assure runs private chauffeur-driven tours across the UAE, so your clients can book a car and driver for a desert evening, the Abu Dhabi city tour, Hatta or Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah. The car waits at each stop. Groups move in V-Class vans, Sprinters or coaches, the coaches through our partner network, subject to availability.

How do we reach your operations desk out of hours?

The desk answers WhatsApp and phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on +971 56 684 8148. Your operations team can send new bookings, flight changes and room changes at any hour. For a group arrival, send the full manifest once and keep changes in the same WhatsApp thread, so the chauffeurs and your team see one record.
