The 19-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the largest vehicle in the Assure fleet, and it is always booked with a chauffeur. It seats 19 passengers but takes only 3 large suitcases and 6 cabin bags. That suits event shuttles, staff runs and day tours better than airport arrivals with luggage. Quotes come back on WhatsApp.
Assure fleet. Owned and run by Assure, with an Assure chauffeur.

A 19 seater Sprinter with driver in Dubai is the 19-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, which carries more passengers than any other vehicle Assure owns. It is always booked with a chauffeur, never as a self-drive van. A group of 14 to 19 travels in one vehicle, with one driver and one pickup time.
With all 19 seats in use, the minibus takes 3 large suitcases and 6 cabin bags. It is the same high-roof Sprinter as the 13-seat layout, with 6 more seats and half the large-case space. That trade decides who should book it.
The high roof gives headroom along the aisle, and passengers board through a sliding side door. The rear rows have their own roof-mounted air conditioning, so the back of a 19-seat cabin is not cooled only from the dashboard. There is no wheelchair ramp. Seat anyone who finds steps hard in the first row, nearest the door.
The picture is a representative manufacturer image of a Sprinter. The 19-seat minibus you get can differ from it in colour, trim and model year.
For 20 to 22 people, the Toyota Coaster is the next size up. It is available through our partner network, subject to availability, and it has no separate luggage hold. Up to 19 passengers, the Sprinter keeps the booking in the Assure fleet and still carries 3 large cases.

With all 19 seats in use, it takes 3 large suitcases and 6 cabin bags. That is half the large-case space of the 13-seat Sprinter, the trade-off for 6 extra seats. It works for groups carrying day bags. For more suitcases, add a second vehicle or move part of the group to the 13-seat layout.
Yes, if most of them travel with hand luggage. The chauffeur meets the group in the arrivals hall holding a name board, then leads everyone to the minibus. If the group checks more than 3 large suitcases, we add a second vehicle for the bags. Send the passenger and bag count with the flight number.
Always. Assure is an RTA-licensed chauffeur company, and none of its vehicles is rented for self-drive. A driver with the minibus means nobody in the group needs a UAE licence. The chauffeur also handles hotel driveways and venue drop-off points while the group gets on and off.
It is one of the most practical sizes for it. Guests at a hotel ceremony or reception usually carry small bags only, so the 3-suitcase limit rarely matters. One minibus can run loops between the guest hotel and the venue on a timed schedule. Send the guest count, both addresses and the timings on WhatsApp.
Yes, through our partner network, subject to availability. The Toyota Coaster seats 22 but has no separate luggage hold. The 35-seat and 50-seat coaches come next, and the 50-seat coach has an underfloor hold. Above 19 passengers, the booking moves from the Assure fleet to a partner vehicle.
