Arab Health is now WHX Dubai

The organiser describes World Health Expo (WHX) in Dubai as the evolution of Arab Health. The 2026 edition, from 9 to 12 February 2026, moved to the Dubai Exhibition Centre, the first time the show left DWTC. The 2027 edition spreads across both venues, so the first transport question is which one holds your zone.

Medical Equipment and Devices is the only zone at both venues. WHX Leaders, which is invitation only, meets at DWTC on 26 January.

How do you get between the two venues?

The Dubai Exhibition Centre and DWTC are about 44 km apart by road, around 40 minutes without traffic. The organiser runs a free shuttle between them on every show day. Both venues are on the Metro Red Line, at Expo 2020 station and World Trade Centre station.

A chauffeur on hourly standby suits a day split across both venues. The car leaves when your meeting ends, not when the next shuttle does, and your chauffeur waits at the second venue with your bags and samples in the boot.

Where do cars drop off?

WHX has not published its 2027 drop-off points yet. Here is what the venues say for their other shows.

• Dubai Exhibition Centre: the visitor FAQ puts the taxi and car drop-off on Boulevard 2020 Street, with free shuttle buses to the North and South Halls.
• Dubai World Trade Centre: the halls sit on Sheikh Zayed Road beside World Trade Centre Metro station. Your chauffeur uses the signed drop-off nearest your hall on the day.

With two venues in play, tell your chauffeur where your last meeting of the day ends, not only where you started. The pickup point then comes to you on WhatsApp.

Is there parking at WHX Dubai?

The organiser’s travel and venue page says both venues have paid on-site parking, with dedicated EV bays at DWTC. At the Dubai Exhibition Centre, the venue FAQ for other shows describes one main car park serving the North and South Halls, a short walk from the entrance.

DWTC has several covered car parks around its halls, and our DWTC parking and drop-off guide names each one. Parkin’s grand-event tariff of AED 25 an hour, 08:00 to 22:00, covers about 200 street spaces near DWTC on listed show days. Five DWTC shows were on the 2025 list and WHX was not, so check Parkin in show week. A day split across both venues means two car parks 44 km apart if you drive yourself. A chauffeur drops you at the door of each.

Traffic around DWTC on show days

In September 2025 the RTA warned of heavy congestion around DWTC during major events, peaking 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. A 10:00 start at DWTC (11:00 on Monday) and an 18:00 finish both land inside those windows. A day at the Dubai Exhibition Centre that starts from a Dubai Marina hotel does not pass DWTC at all.

We found no road closures announced for WHX 2027 on 17 October 2026.

Times assume empty roads (OSRM routing on OpenStreetMap, checked 17 October 2026). Add a margin to the DWTC column for show-day queues.

A Dubai Marina hotel sits at almost the same distance from both venues, which helps if your meetings move between them.

Options for WHX week

• Hotel to venue: a sedan or SUV each morning and evening, to whichever venue holds your zone that day.
• Hourly standby between venues: one car and chauffeur for the day, moving you between Expo City and DWTC.
• Airport plus venue: an airport pickup at DXB with your name on a board in arrivals, then your hotel or the show.
• Exhibitor team shuttles: Mercedes V-Class (6 seats) or Mercedes Sprinter minibuses with 13 or 19 seats from the Assure fleet. Larger coaches are available through our partner network, subject to availability.
• VIP cars: Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series for speakers and senior guests.

Exhibitors with stand staff at both venues can bill every car to one corporate account with monthly invoicing.

Booking lead time and what sets the price

Every WHX quote is sent on WhatsApp and built from your plan for the week:

• the number of show days and hours per day
• one venue or both, and how often you move between them
• the vehicle class and the number of cars
• standby, or drop-off and return only
• airport legs added to the plan

Send your team’s arrival dates and venue split as soon as your stand is confirmed. Add your hotel, which venue holds your zone each day, passenger count and whether you need standby. Coaches beyond our own Sprinters depend on partner availability, so the larger the team, the earlier to ask.
